To drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing initiatives that expand the franchise’s market presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential markets for franchise expansion and develop strategies for market entry.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to guide business strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, suppliers, and industry partners to expand the franchise network.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and financial models to support partnership opportunities and new franchise acquisitions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the franchise, including new location openings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and ensure effective implementation of promotional activities.
  • Evaluate marketing efforts and make recommendations to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct financial and business analysis to assess the profitability and feasibility of new initiatives and partnerships.
  • Forecast revenue projections and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and smooth implementation of business initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market research.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant or food service industry is highly desirable.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and market research techniques.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in developing financial models, proposals, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (operations, marketing, finance) and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
