Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive growth. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across all digital channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and PPC. 
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks for digital campaigns and work towards achieving measurable outcomes. 
  • Manage content strategy and editorial calendar to ensure timely, engaging, and relevant content across all social media platforms. 
  • Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. 
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lead-nurturing emails. 
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, analyze data, and report on key metrics.  
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to promote products/services, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with offline marketing efforts and overall brand messaging. 
  • Manage digital marketing budget, optimize spending across channels, and monitor ROI on digital marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the creative team, content writers, product marketing, and external vendors/agencies to ensure consistency across digital campaigns. 
  • Communicate performance results to the Head of Marketing and senior management. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. 
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). 
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
