Salary –        550,000 – 650,000 ( depend on Experience )

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.

Must have Diploma in Human Resources or Learning and development management.

-Proven 2-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, training delivery, learning and development, or human resources management.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Burmese.

-Proficiency in learning technologies and software, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.


Job description

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning and development needs across different departments and levels within the organization.
  2. Analyze performance gaps and skill deficiencies to determine priority areas for training interventions.
  3. Develop and maintain a robust curriculum of training programs aligned with organizational objectives, industry trends, and employee development needs.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  5. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
  6. Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training activities, track employee progress, and generate reports.
  7. Coordinate the uploading of training materials, course scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking within the LMS.
  8. Collect and analyze training feedback, assessment results, and performance data to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Continuously review and update training content and methodologies to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  10. Maintain quality standards for training delivery, content, and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
