The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for the automotive division, including attracting potential clients, negotiating leasing agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and effective communication to achieve leasing targets and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, from client inquiry to final contract signing.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to support leasing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely renewal of existing leasing contracts and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individual customers, and partners.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to leasing services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor leasing rates, pricing, and promotional strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving the leasing business model.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and customer data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on leasing activities, revenue performance, and market trends.
  • Provide forecasts and projections for leasing growth to senior management.
  • Lead, guide, and support leasing officers and assistants to meet performance targets.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on leasing procedures, customer service, and compliance.
  • Foster a high-performance work environment through motivation, coaching, and continuous feedback.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive leasing, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, customer relationship management, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and leasing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
